Bull McCabe (Richard Harris) has single handedly nurtured a field of rock into a verdant pasture. It is his life. But now the Field is to be sold by public auction. When an American (Tom Beringer) bids for the land against Bull, he gets more than he bargains for. Bull's obsession with holding on to his land threatens to destroy everything he holds dear. The stage is set for a fearful confrontation.

Richard Harris received an Oscar nomination for his performance in one of the most powerful and critically acclaimed films of the year. The multi-award winning team of "My Left Foot" have done it again.
